Shipping, Delivery and Refunds

MunchBird primarily utilizes USPS for shipping. Larger orders may be shipped via a common carrier, and in such cases, we'll provide a freight quote, which you can cancel if not satisfactory. MunchBird strives to offer the lowest shipping prices available.

For shipments to PO BOX or military addresses, USPS will be used. All packages come with tracking information for confirmation of delivery.

We insure all packages against loss or theft during shipping. In the event of damage or loss, please contact us promptly.

How to track your orders?

After an order was placed, a shipping label and packing slip will be printed.

Munchbird Refund Policy 

Our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering, backed by our unlimited satisfaction guarantee and refund policy for our pet treats. You have the freedom to request a refund at any time after receiving your item(s). Simply reach out to us at happy@munchbird.com to initiate and expedite the refund process.
For apparel or toys refunds, your item must meet certain criteria: it must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at happy@munchbird.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, kindly send the items back to our office at 230 E Ohio Street, Suite 410, Chicago, IL 60611, with a provided tracking number. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any inquiries regarding returns, feel free to reach out to us at happy@munchbird.com.
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect the items promptly. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Our team will promptly address the issue to ensure your complete satisfaction. Rest assured, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, informing you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Customers should insure the return package to safeguard against carrier damage or loss. Package Loss/Damage Protection won't be refunded for returned items. Proof of delivery is recommended. Shipping charges will not be credited unless the error was ours. Items with "FREE Shipping" will incur actual outgoing shipping charges upon return. Refused orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
